Inspections

Inspections are extremely important, whether it's being purchased, or they are notable storm damages, we inspect roofs prior to buying properties to protect the property owners from purchasing a substantial amount of homes/multi-family homes with present storm damages to the roof material, or siding. There is a huge amount of value here. During purchases of older properties, it is absolutely critical to know if storm damages are present on the roof, as is, when a property changes hands, so does the insurance policy. If damages happened prior to the purchase of the property, then coverage will most likely not be allocated to the present owner. We give you the guidance needed prior to purchase agreements with quality inspections.

Scenarios

In the event of a storm, there is a potential that the insured has not properly been advised on how to set up their policy, let alone have the appropriated safeguards in place to protect the properties at risk. In this event the property owner may either suffer a high deductible, not receive appropriate funding, or not willingly know of the storm damages when they occurred. If this should happen, there is a huge potential loss for a property owner. Depending on these circumstances a property owner can suffer an enormous loss.

Safe guards

The biggest mistake most property owners make is not having a 3rd party involved in they're claims handling process. As stated above, we work for a property owner's best interest. If we're involved in your company we tell the property owner when they're property is damaged, and we back it up with experience and facts to save the property owner from an enormous loss. • Real situation: Say a storm hits a property, and they're in our database. We alert the property owner immediately. We show up in a timely manner and inspect, write the estimate if need be, involve the public adjuster (if need be), and inform the property owner to file the claim. (We call you, and or we need to be the first point of contact.) We directly negotiate with the insurance company through the claims process. We fight to get a full replacement of the storm created damages. After this, we advise on the process of construction, and take the burden away from the property managers and owners. We ensure that an appropriate construction company is used, as we work as the liaison for the property owner to ensure they're best interests are taken care of.
